Subscriptions bought on the web are final and non-refundable once processed (see our Cancellation & Refund Policy). Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are handled by Apple, so refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. The free week is there so you can be sure before you pay.
