Cancellation & Refund Policy

How to Cancel

You can cancel your NoCrast subscription anytime from your account settings. No phone calls or emails required.

Cancellation Steps:

  1. Go to Account → Subscription
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Select your reason (helps us improve)
  4. Confirm cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation

Immediate Effects:

  • Your subscription will not auto-renew
  • You keep premium access until the end of your current billing period
  • No charges on your next billing date

After Billing Period Ends:

  • Your account automatically switches to the Free plan
  • All your existing data is preserved
  • You just cannot create new goals beyond the free limit

Refund Policy

NoCrast does NOT offer a money-back guarantee. All premium subscription payments are final and non-refundable once processed.

No Refunds

  • All payments are final and non-refundable
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
  • Canceling mid-cycle does not qualify for a refund
  • You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges, but already paid amounts will not be refunded
  • Downgrading from annual to monthly plans does not qualify for refunds

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis ONLY for:

  • Billing errors or duplicate charges caused by our payment system
  • Service outages lasting more than 72 consecutive hours
  • Fraudulent charges not authorized by you

To request consideration for a refund under these exceptional circumstances, contact us at support@nocrast.app with detailed documentation of the issue. Approval is not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Reactivating Your Subscription

Changed your mind? You can reactivate anytime:

  1. Go to the Pricing page
  2. Select your preferred plan
  3. Complete checkout
  4. All your previous data will still be there

Data Retention After Cancellation

When you cancel:

  • Your data is NOT deleted - we keep it safe
  • You can still access all your tasks and goals (up to free plan limits)
  • Reactivate anytime to regain full access
  • To permanently delete your data, delete your account from settings

Account Deletion

If you want to permanently delete your NoCrast account and all associated data, you must request manual deletion through our support team.

Deletion Process:

  1. Cancel any active premium subscription first
  2. Email our support team at support@nocrast.app from your registered email address
  3. Request permanent account deletion in your email
  4. Our support team will verify your identity and confirm the request
  5. Once confirmed, your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. ALL of the following will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered:

  • All tasks, goals, and descriptions
  • Complete historical progress tracking and analytics
  • All settings and preferences
  • Any remaining AI token balance
  • All account information and login credentials

We recommend exporting any data you wish to keep before requesting deletion. There is no way to undo this action.

Involuntary Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions if:

  • Payment fails and cannot be resolved
  • Terms of Service violations occur
  • Fraudulent activity is detected

In such cases, we'll notify you via email and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
