Delete your NoCrast account

NoCrast by Wrdiland UG (haftungsbeschränkt). You can delete your account and its data at any time, in the app or on the website.

In the app (iPhone or Android)

1. Open NoCrast and sign in.
2. Open the Settings tab.
3. Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. You get an email confirming the date your account will be deleted.

On the website

1. Sign in at nocrast.app/login.
2. Open Settings and choose Delete Account.
3. Confirm. You get the same confirmation email.

Can't sign in?

Write to support@nocrast.app from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We reply within 30 days.

When it happens

Your account is deleted 30 days after you ask. Until then you can change your mind: sign in on the website and cancel the deletion in Settings. After that it cannot be undone.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in and your name and email address
• Your tasks, goals, steps, routines and notes, and the key that encrypts them
• Reminders, statistics, earned break time, preferences and notification settings
• Your AI chats and the record of your AI use

What is kept, and for how long

• Billing records (which plan you paid for and when), without your name or email address, for as long as tax and commercial law requires: up to 10 years.
• The record that you accepted our terms and privacy policy, with your email address replaced, for as long as we may need to show that consent was given.

Subscriptions are cancelled separately

Deleting your account does not stop a paid subscription. Cancel it first:

• Bought on iPhone: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → NoCrast.
• Bought on Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → NoCrast.
• Bought on the website: the "Manage subscription" link in your receipt email, or Verträge hier kündigen.
